FINALLY. I thought I would never hit the 30 pound mark. I'm proud of myself though for keeping it up. Still working out every day and watching what I eat.
My friend Mary lost 100 pounds on Weight Watchers awhile ago and now is a leader there. I decided last Sunday to give that a try again to see if it will help speed up my weightloss. I've been doing great during the week, but not good on the weekends. The end result has been super slow weightloss or just maintaining. Time to get that scale moving!
